EMAILS NOT SENDING AND HAVENT BEEN ALL DAY - NO HELP DESK!!!!

Truly - you may be in the US - but the rest of the world doesn't close down - I have had emails banking up and not sending for the past 12 hours - we are in Melbourne - Australia - can you ensure these are up and running when I come back into work!!!! Really - you would think a company as big as yours would have some type of back up - even over the weekend - not good!!!!

What is the email address you are having this issue with?
Are you getting any error messages ? ( we don't have any outages at this time)

Have you logged into the account online to make sure your quota is not full?

Thanks anyway - problem solved - it was a setting changed this end - however - the level of customer service on a weekend does concern me - we live in a day and age of 7 days a week - to not have anyone respond until I came into work (6am) this end to communicate with someone - really isn't good enough if Homestead are offering a service to the world - we utilise other services in the US and all have 24 hour help desks (live).
