There were several emails that I did not receive yesterday but was told by support that email was slow but they were eventually getting delivered. However, there are at least a couple of emails I know that were never delivered and possibly more through my contact form from my business website. Please tell me if the email problem from yesterday has been resolved and when I will receive the emails that were not delivered yesterday.

Our company email is through Homestead and we've been experiencing a couple hour delay in email sent and received. Is anyone else having this problem? Do you know if Homestead is running an update or something that would explain this?

We have an e-mail that is getting rejected from all our work stations to our insurance co. They can e-mail to us but we can't e-mail to them.

Many of our outgoing emails are coming back as undeliverable and apparently contain spam. How can this be resolved?

For two weeks our employee emails are not sending. This problem is now chronic and affecting business daily. Please respond with a fix...Drasco LLC
Most of our emails go to Verizon.com addresses, they are sent but never arrive.

THis problem is still not resolved!!!! We are a lawfirm - We have a trial next week! Our clients can't get time sensitive emails! You guys have to fix this now! Angela, please elevate this to one of the executives of Homestead - our next communication will probably be a lawsuit. Somebody higher up than you needs to start addressing these problems. I assure you - the few that are on this thread are not the only ones having problems - other's probably just don't know there is an issue yet.

Yes, I saw that post it was dated 3/28 - it is now April 1st - I know I'm still having trouble - I've had to get Homestead unblocked from Time Warner myself - according to them, my attempt to unblock them was the first attempt made - that's why I asked for an updated.

What is the estimated 'fix' time on this matter. I need to pull the trigger on a new service. Cannot continue missing e-mails that are absolutely critical to sales in my business.

ok...my email is STILL NOT WORKING...it worked all weekend and now when I am trying to close an $850k deal your email STOPS AGAIN.

This is crap. This company can give me a credit for 5 years of hosting and it still won't make up for the amount of business I lost due to this email issue. Just when you think it is working it shuts down again. And the communication with us as your clients has got to be the worst response time I have ever seen. GET IT TOGETHER HOMESTEAD!

Hi Greg, we are receiving reports of problems sending and receiving email this morning. I'll update this thread when we know more. Our hmail team is actively working on all of these issues.

WTF?!?!?! I have been having emails bounced back to me for over a week! Are you kidding me?? You used to be able to call in and talk to someone. They weren't very helpful but it was at least someone to TRY and help. This is completely unacceptable. I depend on my email to work to be able to do business. If I can't work, I don't have income. I don't even know what to say except this...when I started with Homestead it was owned by some down to earth (appearing) who seemed to actually care about his customers. Ever since he sold out, Homestead has slowly been going down hill. I wish I could talk to him and ask him if he thinks it was worth selling out. PS: There's no cute little icon at the bottom of this for furious! THAT'S how this makes me feel.

I had someone tell me back on 3/7 that they had tried to email me but I never received it. I thought they had probably addressed it incorrectly but now wonder how many emails I have been missing that I didn't even know I was missing. It's a huge hassle to move to another website provider but it's becoming more and more likely.

Great, before we were unable to send email, now we do not receive it either. Great progress. WHEN WILL THIS BE RESOLVED? It's also nice how they keep you in the loop - there have been problems for over a week now and our company has not received any form of notification or explanation. If you want to be on hold for half a day maybe you can find someone to inform you that they "are working on the problem".
1 more customer soon looking for a new (good) provider - any suggestions?

We are not receiving emails or sending either. I tried sending to and from my Gmail account to see if we'd get anything - nothing coming through. It is not even appearing in Zimbra-mail as received. Let alone Outlook. We'll get an email filtering through several hours after it was sent, but that is it. We are trying to run a business here relying soley on email as a source of communication.

Ditto, no sending or receiving. This is getting so old. I desperately want to change, but we're a law firm and right now in the middle of trial! I just don't understand? There should be some kind of back up plan - you don't hear of Gmail or Yahoo mail having issues like this. They apparently know how to prevent it or at least fix it fast.

We all expect an update, a real update and a real response to "What is going on?" At the least, Homestead should re-route everything to a different service.

Angela, it is unfortunate that the blacklisting problem occurred. The only help we have been given (several days ago) is a post telling us that we may "attempt to contact email administrators to get our personal emails whitelisted." The problem is, we may not know our emails are not getting through. Couldn't Homestead give us a list of the providers that are still blacklisting Hmail, so we can take action on our own to get our emails whitelisted. This is killing our businesses. Our credibility has been destroyed with several clients. Please give us some help. Oh, and now we can't send emails. I genuinely would like to stay with Homestead since so many of our businesses have been built on your platform, but it is getting tougher by the minute. -Rodney

Hi Rodney, unfortunately each provider uses different blacklists. We have to be cleared on those blacklists and that's what we're focusing on. Adding to the frustration, some providers don't completely block the email - they hold on to it and send it later. We don't know who's doing that either.

I know we don't have a lot of answers for you. A few other customers have been able to successfully move their email addresses to another provider.

I have no idea if email is being delivered or if I am receiving any that has been sent. My only resolution is to move my email to another host who knows what they are doing and are well protected. AND CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!

I thing Homestead e-mail is toast. It will never recover from something like this.

Thanks Malcolm - I now suggest Hmail reimburse everyone with these troubles that want to change. Deduct from monthly costs (of those that pay for website & email) the $7.00 per email address it costs each month to be hosted somewhere else.

I am still having trouble sending and recieving mail - is there an eta for a fix on this issue. The bulletin mentioned above was 4 days old- is the problem continuing?

Looking into new provider. I've used Homestead for close t0 10 years and I am fed up with the interrupted service and problems with e-mails.

Looks like nothing is being sent. I use outlook and receive an "error" message when I click the send/receive refresh button. Our company signed on with this provider recently and have had nothing but problems. The technical support is limited, they don't answer the phone or take a proactive role in updating customers on important issues like this one. We are now looking into another provider. Does anyone here if they will try to stick us with a cancellation charge?

Cannot send email as of yesterady afternoon. Tried hitting reply to someone that responded to my earlier email now it tells me its rejected by the server. My other Hmail account will send emails when I test it, problem one will not

Also, how can I contact support via phone? What good are posted hours for phone support when there are no phone numbers?
