Emails not being copied to sent folder, and receiving mail delivery failed emails

Starting today, (even though Ive been on the new server email/open xchange for months now) I have been getting error messages saying my emails are being sent successfully, but they are unable to save to my sent folder. Then I decided to email myself, and copy my gmail, to make sure my emails are being sent, since sent folder is not working, then I get a 'mail delivery failed' to my open xchange email, and a successful email to my gmail. So the problem is open xchange.

please help asap.

Can you please log into your email account using the Webmail link at the top of You can check your quota in the lower left corner of the page after you are logged in. Most people generally free up enough quota by deleting the items in the Sent folder and the trash.
