Emails being returned to senders as undeliverable

Multiple customers are telling me their emails are being returned undeliverable. I have no idea how many people total have attempted to send me an email and it hasn't gotten through, as the people telling me are ones that know my alternate email to alert me. System Status says email issues are fixed, but I disagree. Please fix it completely.

HI Sarah5434, There are still a few blacklist issues that we are still clearing up which may be the cause of your problem.

When you send an email do you get any kind of undeliverable/blacklist message back?

If so please copy and paste the full message here for us to see and please include the domain name for which the email address is associated with.

I am getting some emails returned back to me occasionally, but the bigger issue is that I am not RECEIVING emails from people that have sent them to me. I don't get an error message when that happens, I just find out later because they contact me by phone or via a different email, telling me "hey, my email was returned"

If you know of any senders that can not send to you it would be most helpful to find out if they are getting any kind of undeliverable message when they try to send to you. If they could forward any of those messages to you for us to review, they usually contain the information we need to troubleshoot. If their emails are not getting to you, that would probably be an issue with their email address being blacklisted.

I am having the same issue with at least 2 clients I know of. @rpalpha.com and @edupoint.com accounts. I don't want to use the people addresses in an open forum. I will try to get their undeliverable receipts. Thanks Brian

I too am experiencing feedback from clients who say they have sent emails and received undeliverable notices. This has been occurring off and on over the last few weeks; however, today (10-30-2013) it has occurred numerous times.

What is going on?

Hi Rory6805, Sorry for the issues with the email. We are diligently trying to get the spam filter adjusted to prevent mail blocks on legitimate emails. If it's possible for you to have them send you information at an alternate address we have an online form you can post the bounce message to and other information so that we can research it.
