emails are working again!!! However, the time stamp on them is behind by 25 minutes - too slow. You need to fix your "clock"

I sent an email to myself at 8:03 am and it arrived with a time stamp of 7: 38 am

I am glad to hear it. I will look into the time stamp. This is usually caused by time zone differences, but in this case 25 minutes seems odd.

This is not a time zone problem. This has been occurring for months now.

Hi Susan7000 is it the incoming emails that are delayed? If so, we are still doing some work on the incoming side. There will be several more changes over the coming weeks.

Yes. Incoming emails. As stated by Drew N., they are off by about 25 minutes. This has been happening for a while now.

Thanks for the info Susan7000, That slowness may be sporadic but it should not persist continuously. I know this is taking a long time but there will be more improvements coming on the email.

Every email that I receive on this account is off. This is not a slowness issue, it is an internal clock set incorrectly somewhere. Every email is stamped with a receipt time prior to the send time.

My clock is 3 hours slow. How can this be fixed? I'm not getting emails and when I do get them and respond they are not receiving them!!!!
