Can't tell which emails went through because I have sent multiple emails to the same people and I am not getting the same number of error messages to them that I send out. How to I know if my clients are getting my emails?

Unless you sent the emails close together you you can tell by looking at the time stamps.

This would be a completely different issue, but one that has already been addressed. We are currently in the process of converting accounts to a different email system which has a much more sophisticated spam filter. The current settings are at a level that does a good job of not blocking legitimate emails, but at the same time stops the majority of the spam. If existing emails are being flagged as spam, then there is something in the senders email that has been associated with spam in the past (most likely too many recipients marking that senders email as spam).
