My Inbox only had 33 emails in it as of last night. It seems to have deleted the emails that were in there 10 days ago. About 25 minutes ago, the inbox deleted the emails that were there! I can see sent emails in the sent folder, but I have no emails in the inbox! Does my email just need a refresh?

Hello Captain Robert8233

It sounds like you have your email connected to an email client like Outlook that is pulling the emails from your Roundcube. If you know of somewhere outside of Roundcube that you have your email set up, I would recommend checking there. Otherwise, changing your password would help to resolve this. Here are the instructions:

I have to keep accessing from Outlook because when the account was as switched from Pop to Roundcube, it didn't take any of the old emails with it. If I want to continue to access emails from before August 5, I have to use that other computer. I hate it. I would rather have 100% of all the emails on the Roundcube. Any suggestions?

We don't have a way to put emails that have been pulled by Outlook back into Roundcube, so unfortunately there are limited options I can recommend.
One is to change your settings in Outlook to leave a copy on the server and maybe forward the emails back to yourself.
The other is a bit more complicated, but should work. If you create the same email as an IMAP setup, then drag the emails from the local folder to the IMAP folder, it should upload them to the server. I cannot 100% guarantee this would work, but you can definitely try it.

okay...hmm..may be a dumb question, but could I just do this?
(The below is from a help page)

"Since Outlook runs on your physical computer, you cannot access it when you are away from the machine. Many small businesses employ a workaround to this drawback by enabling the Outlook Web Access tool in Microsoft Exchange. With this utility, you can log in to your mail server through a secure Web page and reach a Web-based interface to your email that replicates the experience of using Microsoft Outlook."

It says to do the below. Do you have an Outlook Web Access server URL?

Open your Web browser and type the URL for your Outlook Web Access server in the address bar. Press "Enter." If you don't know the server's URL, you can obtain this information from your company's mail server administrator.

We do not, I have never heard of an Outlook Web Access server.
