Emails not sending

I've just discovered that our emails are not sending through Outlook. Although they are showing as sent in the "sent" folder. I logged into Roundcube and attempted to send an email online to see if it was working that way. It is working through Roundcube. 

We haven't changed any settings (I am the only person who has access). Is there something that has changed or can you find out if this is an issue elsewhere?

I have emails showing sent also, not reaching the address sent to, this has happened before. I have sent my business emails with personal email so not an internet issue. only using 2 of the 50 accounts so size limit not an issue? still receiving emails. But can't send or reply.

The only thing we can recommend, if it is working fine through Roundcube but not Outlook, is to redo the settings in Outlook. They need to match the settings in this article:

Nothing has changed on our end, but I cannot speak for any changes that have happened on Outlooks side that may have caused this disruption.

when I go to this link and check, https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_setup_pop_email_using_outlook_2010
 the settings are correct and match the article. I run a test and the test is successful, shows sent in the sent folder, but still cannot send emails, but do receive new emails.

It was the DNS settings

I set up a temp Gmail account and set a filter in Roundcube to send copies of emails to the Gmail one, but that is not working. Any solution to that issue?
