Emails not going through

HELP!! My emails to our bankers are not going through. I haven't had any problems until this week! Their IT guys have looked at it & my emails are not reaching their server. I am getting the error code back saying "DNS Blacklisted by uceprotect.bad". I've tried sending the emails through Outlook, Roundcube & my phone. Doesn't matter which one, all emails are returned to me. I have looked at all my blocked lists & they are not listed on any of them.

I can see that the emails left our system successfully and are being bounced back, which means they are being blocked. I updated the IP address the emails are going through to attempt to fix this.

Give it up to 24 hours and test again. If it isn't working, their IT team will have to unblock our server.

Hi Elyzabeth,

Their IT guys aren't showing that the emails ever reach their server.  What is the server name so I can make sure they don't have it blocked on their end?  Is there a phone number they could call regarding this issue & what information would they need to provide if they called?

Correct, it technically isn't hitting the server because it is being blocked from reaching it. Give it the 24 hours to see if the IP address change will resolve this for us, and if not, they could call us at 800-710-1998. There will not be much we can do on our end at that point, it is up to them.
