I am having issues/complaints about customers saying they are sending emails and we are not receiving them. My customers have checked with their IT departments and confirmed emails are being delivered to our domain (@hotelcreditassociation.com) however these emails are not making it to my Outlook inbox. They have sent Microsoft images showing successful delivery which even gives the name/ip address of the server. (mx.hotelcreditassociation.com at 66.96.140.52)

Have you logged in to Webmail to see if the messages are there? I have moved your mail to a different IP to see if that helps, but please check the Webmail and see if they are there. If not, can you provide one or two sending addresses that you did not receive?

The last message I see reaching us from sandy.walding@hotelicon.com was in December and it was delivered. westmont1.onmicrosoft.com was flagged as a spam URL. I was able to clear it, so future messages should come through now.

This is my second reply today about this:  Is it possible that since there are so many outlook issues posted, we should consider that Microsoft had an update and changed all of our settings?  If so, SUPPORT needs to KNOW/FIND OUT and DETAIL instruction for ALL of us to take action BEFORE we lose business.  Please consider.

Hi Richard3460, I have responded to your inquiry in your other posting. The problem here does not appear to be the same thing you are experiencing because you are receiving emails to your phone but not into Outlook, this was a problem with the emails not being able to be delivered at all.
