Thought Employee Michelle had resolved the problem with emails being delayed/bounce-back warning message received, but it happened again yesterday.  Please help!  I'm about to lose my biggest client if this doesn't get resolved.

I am having the same issue.  It started a couple weeks ago and Michelle was helping me with it.  I was hoping that it was just a problem with that particular email server that I was sending to, but now I am receiving returned emails from other servers as well.  This is not a localized problem.

Michelle, homestead needs to check on the blacklist status of the email servers and make immediate efforts to get them white listed.  This is not something that can be done one email server at a time as it is apparent that this is a more widespread problem on homesteads end.

Hello A Stress-Less1705,

I do recall clearing the line of communication on our end for emails@professionalfiduciary.com. I have double checked the delivery status for all emails sent to addresses @professionalfiduciary.com and they are being released from the server. From the delay message provided it does state that the receiving server "Received too many messages from a new or untrusted IP:",  this is why they are not allowing the message to land in their inbox. Unfortunately, this is due to the security system set in place on the receiving server and they would need to take action and approve the line of communication also. I understand this may cause inconvenience but the receiving client will need to ask their IT team to resolve this bounce back.

Thanks Michelle. I have spoke with the recipient and they have not received communication from anyone else that their messages aren’t being received. They will forward to their email support. Please keep this open until we are certain it’s been resolved. Thank you!

Michelle,

I have been a customer with homestead for about 20 years and this is not the first time I have had this problem.  I have had this happen on at least two other occasions and on each of those occasions homestead had to take steps to resolve this issue since it is the homestead email servers ip's that are being reported.  I have checked and this homestead server is on at least one blacklist, so homestead needs to take steps to get this taken off the blacklist.

Hello Stephen,

Our email team does constantly monitor and rotated out any ips found to be blacklisted and/or filtered as spam by spamcop , sophos and anitspam and we do get those corrected. If you are receiving a bounce back stating an ip is blacklisted please provide the bounce back and I can create a ticket to verify the team is aware of it.

I have been monitoring the recipients and domains that I have been having trouble sending to and they seem to be resolving (without my intervention).  I don't know if homestead email team is doing something, but hopefully it is getting resolved.

Great to hear, these are being monitored and cleared when found to have an issue.
