Emails being rejected again/blocked.  We have normal correspondence and I am replying to her email.

Hello,

As a shared hosting company with many customers using our email servers, we are sometimes falsely accused of contributing to spam, and therefore are blacklisted. In order to minimize the impact of IP address block we are rotating the server addresses along with several methods.

You received this bounce back because our outgoing mail server IP was blacklisted. We have a team in place that monitors our mailout server IPs for its reputation and sends report to us. Our team rotates the blocked IPs automatically and that should resolve any blocks our servers may have. Please check the email functionality and resend the email after a short amount of time.

Michelle, please emphasize to your managers that your company must do a better job of monitoring server activity for abuse.  Homestead apparently has one or more consistent abusers sending out spam which need to be stopped so that the vast majority of your customers are not having their daily business jeopardized because their emails are not reaching their customers.  It is very frustrating and happens way to frequently.  I got the rejection below this week and had to send my message again through my personal account to avoid it being blocked.

Hello Mike, 

I understand the concerns and will get this reported. Unfortunately these types of occurrences can happen when using a shared email server. Our email team is constantly monitoring any activity that may negatively effect our sender reputation and get these corrected. I know it can be inconvenient but these are corrected and should go through if you send again at a later time.

Thank you for your reply, Michelle.  Just thinking out loud here, but I have never had an ATT or gmail message rejected because of spam abuse and I would think they have a much larger base of potential abusers using their servers than Homestead.  (Granted, they have bigger pockets as well.)  When it happens again, I will let you know.  Thanks.
