Emails being blocked by server

We are setting up Barracuda to run our emails through for extra security. We are receiving most emails fine, but some are being rejected by our email server. I have been unable to figure out how to fix this from our Homestead account. Is there a phone number I can call for someone to walk me through how to fix this?

Hello,

The only emails I can see are under eaglemachine.biz. This domain is not pointing to Homestead DNS for email, so unfortunately I do not have a way to troubleshoot this. I would recommend you contact the company you are pointing to to resolve this. It wouldn't be anything on Homestead's side that would need to be changed to resolve this, unless the 3rd party company needs to give you different DNS
