Same here.  I've had numerous emails coming back as being blocked in last 2 weeks.

Hello MaryEllen,

These bounce back messages are due to Homestead using a shared email server. What this means is that we use multiple ip addresses and unfortunately one of the ip addresses these emails were sent from was marked as spam and generated a false positive by the receiving server. Our email team does monitor any ip addresses that are blacklisted and filtered as spam by spamcop , sophos and anitspam and we do get those corrected. Please try resending these messages again in a couple hours and they should go through.

Ummm this isn't my first rodeo.  I realize that and am resending. 

The problem is it doesn't seem to be resolving.    Are you working to fix that IP ADDRESS?  This has been going on since the  Jan 2nd.
Something is wrong!  I can't keep resending every couple hours.

I do apologize, these ip addresses are constantly being monitored and rotated out of they are found to be blacklisted. I can create a ticket with the information provided to make the team aware if they have not gotten to these ips already. Since Homestead does use a shared email server you may see this happen intermittently. If you need an email service that does not use a shared server and avoid any interruption, I would recommend looking into using a dedicated email service provider with your domain such as gsuite.

Hello DeAndre,

I have run some tests on this specific email address and bounce back and it shows the receiving server is blocking the email. As the email address you are sending to is a .gov domain I am sure they use a highly sensitive email security tool. I would recommend asking the other party to have their email support team to submit your email address as legit so they are ale to receive your emails.

This bounce back is the from the receiving server. It shows we are allowing the message to be sent but their security system is blocking it. Unfortunately, Homestead cannot clear this on our side , the receiving servers email support team would need to approve this communication.

Has homestead been removed from SPAMCOPS blacklist?  That's why we're being blocked.  Homestead was reported as spam.  Homestead is supposed to work with them to fix this.

What gives over there?     You guys are the ones that have to notify them.  
Has this changed?  Is there a new set of rules we don't know about?

Homestead does work with them to fix this, these are constantly monitored and cleared when any issues appear on our end. The ip address that was flagged specifically in this bounce back has already been cleared. If you try re-sending this email it should go through. When you receive this type bounce back, it is suggested to wait a few hours and try again. As Homestead uses a shared email server this can occur intermittently, if you need to rely on emails going through 100 percent of the time I can recommend using constant contact or g suite.
