Emails are not coming through, is there a problem with the server?
I'm not receiving any emails.

Alright, I am having the same issues. Some are coming, but not all.

Apparently people are not getting any sort of error message back either which is making sales & contacts difficult to say the least.

It might or might not be. It depends on if it is blocked by our spam filter or not. Troy has been for some of the content he is sending you, but not all. But that doesn't mean that the other people are suffering from a spam block. Our spam filter works based on the actions of the recipients of their emails. So if something is flagged as spam, then many people that they send have marked their emails as spam.

You cannot just unblock him? He does work for our company, he certainly isn't sending me anything that should be blocked.

As I said, it is not his email address that is blocked. It is something in the mail he is sending you and until I can see an email and figure out what it is, I can't unblock it. I mean can't. I have to try to unblock whatever the content is. If that content is significantly spam related, then it will not unblock, but we will cross any bridges we hit when we get there. I absolutely must be able to identify the content that is the problem.
