You fixed this same problem a couple of years ago after dozens of people made the same complaint. But it is back again. Some of the emails my clients sent me will appear on the Homestead email website but will not be forwarded to my desktop computer (I use Outlook). My cell phone will receive the email but not my desktop computer . This appears to be happening several times a week at random. Today when an escrow company sent me an email, it was only forwarded to my cell phone. I went on the Homestead email site and forwarded the email to myself twice. Both times it was received by my cell phone but not my computer. (I use Outlook). I probably received 20 other emails today successfully, but not these three. Fred Hall fred@fredhall.biz 209-256-1371

Me too!  I inquired similarly but the response was, that is an outlook problem - outlook settings".  I don't quite believe this.  Random is the factor.  I just received a huge number of emails on outlook that were suppose to have been received long ago.  This makes no sense and I'm frustrated that I am suppose to know everything and don't.

How is your email set up with your Outlook?

I don't think this is an Outlook problem.  When the same problem occurred a few years ago, there were hundreds of similar complaints to Homestead.  I went through every setting in Outlook but found nothing.  Mysteriously, a few weeks after everyone complained the problem went away.

When your email is received on your phone, can you login to Roundcube and check if the email arrives there, too?

Yes the emails are on the Roundcube website. Just received two more emails that were not forwarded to my desktop computer but were received on my cell. I just uninstalled a MS Outlook upgrade that was loaded last week. I’ll see if that had anything to do with it.

Did you see a change? I have seen Outlook accounts become corrupt. Can you tell me what the incoming mail server is set to in your Outlook?

Thought...  Outlook seems to be sensitive to programs operating on a cloud - perhaps the settings.  When my QuickBooks sends invoices to outlook, it does not work well until I close down Quickbooks so it completes updating the file on the cloud.  It's difficult to remember this process.

Lately, since all this Outlook issues (seemingly), I will receive emails on my "MAIL" (windows???) but NOT in Outlook.  The emails may be arriving on my phone as well, but very slow arriving in Outlook.  I have been forced to click on another folder (ie "sent") and back to inbox to refresh -(seems), and only then will the list populate.

As such, this might offer some connection with issues.  I still tend to think Outlook has been updated/corrupt, accordingly.  The problem with me, and perhaps others, is that I don't have the up to the minute knowlege to simply click "fix me" and wish - seemingly appropriate for good business and appearance, that you might offer a quick fix link, simple and general and then advance drop downs, as a helping-hand-good-guy thing.  Even though this MAY not be a round cube issue, like others, it feels like it is and the hump needs to get hurdled somehow.  Only a suggestion.

Interesting question.  My answer should be as interesting but sort of facetious:  VIA the internet.
