After extensive research, the new spam filter we brought online on October 17th, 2013, has resolved all previous issues.

As many of you may know, we have recently implemented a new spam filter. The filter is a reputation based filter. A domain reputation is measured by a large number of factors, and determine if your email will be delivered. A few domains have been flagged by the filter as "spammy." If you are receiving a bounce back message that says spam message rejected, there is a reason, and we will need your assistance to begin researching.

Below is a link to a webform requesting specific information. Please don't answer in generalities(i.e. for date/time, we need the date and time, not "the last 2 days".)

We might ask you for some additional tests, this will be handled through email, please do not fill out the form more than once. If you are unable to communicate with us via email, then you can fill out the form again, but please indicate that is a follow up in the additional comments.
