Are you still having this issue? If so can you provide us any details please?

How do you check your email. Zimbra/Hmail web page, or 3rd party program such as Outlook?

Are you getting any error messages?

I am using Outlook and iPad. It seems to be working now. But I still don't trust it. I constantly hear from people..."Didn't you get my email?"

If they get a bounce message it will usually tell why it could not be delivered. If they provide a bounce message to you, feel free to post it here for us to look at. Also, another thing to look for is if you have filters, or an auto-forward set up. If you have any more issues please let us know, and include as many details as you can provide. Thanks!
