My Homestead email is not accepting my password this morning. Is anyone else having problems with their HS email? I've re-entered the password and it does not make any difference.

Same problem here.  The e-mail is essential to my small business, but no 24/7 support appears to be available.  At least I have found this forum and see that it isn't an isolated problem so hopefully it will be addressed quickly this morning.

Same here.  Mike I agree.  I have to have my email working in the morning as many customers expect my reply.  I have also had a few other issues in the last year when everything started changing to Homestead.  I am getting very frustrated with INTUIT, QB, and this entire system.

Me too facing the same problems but it has become a stardard with homestead like alternate months we shud face a problem. i do not knoe why these guys cannot fix their problems. having a professional domain with homestead costing us losses whereas hotmail and gmail never has such issues. anyone know any other good service providers where we can shift our account. i have exhausted with hometead now.

Yep, same issue here. Disappointing that apparently users in different time zones, such as the UK or Europe, have to wait until the US wakes up in the morning until something is done. I have clients waiting for replies, so WAKEY WAKEY Homestead!

All of my email addresses just disappeared.  I went into the admin and they are all gone now.  What is going on?  I too rely heavily on email for my small business.  This is so frustrating and UNACCEPTABLE.  What happened to good customer service?  And where did all of my email accounts disappear to?  This is a HUGE problem.

Can each of you reply and tell me in more detail what is happening on your end? Are you saying all addresses are missing from the address book?  Please give us some details or include screenshots and let us know what address and domain the problems are with.

mine was resolved automatically....first thing I did was to change my email and everything came online about an hour afterwards.....but to answer your question my email account disappeared on the homestead website under "manage email account" it just said I did not have an account set up......but it is working now

Hmmm, sent a test email to my Homestead email account over an hour ago while it was down, and although the system is now back up and running, I still haven't received this one. Have all emails been lost while the system was down?

Mark2882,  If you still have not received the email into your homestead account then go to the send folder of the account it was send from and get us the header of the email and post it here. The header will contain the technical specifics that we need.

Or if there was a bounce message received at the sending address post the bounce message here.

For anyone that is experiencing a different issue, please provide us with some details so that we know what to research. the email address with the problem, other error codes, screenshots etc.

In order to make this thread easier to follow and to help assure nobody gets missed I will be removing irrelevant or non essential posts.
