Email mailboxes being restored

We are actively working on restoring email mailboxes that appear to be missing or deleted.

If you can't log in to your email, you'll need to reset your email password. Follow the steps to change email password.

If you've spoken with a member of our chat or phone support team, we have your email mailbox identified and it will be restored.

If you've posted in the Community - please respond to this post with details. For example, my company is cafeangela.com and I need info@, angela@, sales@ restored. It is not enough to tell us that you need all emails within the account restored.

Also, be sure to tell us if you have more than one domain on your account.

Went to email today and its like it was never set up! I have sent business emails from my account and am waiting to hear back from people. PLEASE HELP! mark@mutualcareers.com

I have been a customer for almost 10 years and there had always been great customer service. However, today I could not find a phone number when logged in (and there used to always be one). I also didn't find the online chat too informative. I kept getting an apology but took forever to answer my question if there had been a problem. I hope you guys are just inundated and that is why all your customer service was off today.

The phone number I used is 800-710-1998. No use though. I sat on hold for 38 minutes to be told the exact same thing. That they didn't have an ETA and how sorry they were. -_-

All my email addresses that were just set up for my staff have all disappeared. I see there are numerous problems with other email accounts here - certainly hope this is resolved today.

Actually, please restore BOTH paul@ and megan@acrossmarin.org - megan@ seemed to have reappeared this morning but now is gone again.

I have been searching for any explanation from Intuit as to what happened to cause this widespread failure, but have not found anything. Was this the result of an internal software/hardware failure, human error, an attack from the outside?

We have all of our three email accounts missing from our link3marketing.com. These are:

info@link3marketing.com
armando@link3marketing.com.

The accounts from academiacondesa.com are not missing, they ́re just not working. Those accounts are mariana@academiacondesa.com and info@academiacondesa.com.

I ́m still not able to access any of the three emails that were restored with the link3marketing.com domain. I checked on the Email Manager page and they ́re still not showing. It says that I have 0 of 5 email addresses.

When I tried to ad more email accounts I get a message saying that I have "0" mailboxes remaining.
