email wont create

I keep trying to add emails and it says "your email is being created, this may take a few moments" - however, its been a couple hours.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing an issue with creating new emails on accounts. It has been reported to our engineers and development team and should be resolved shortly. I will keep you updated on the status if this. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Thanks! Once we can set up emails, I want to be able to put these emails on our work phones. It is asking for a host name for incoming and outgoing servers. How would I get this information?
