our email for our accounts are not working at all, we cant send or receive. also our website cant not be found
we have really important emails we are waiting on not to mention need to send out invoices and we cant do anything with the email down and customer services is closed today

ok thanks i just updated all my info fingers crossed this works so if i read correcly it should be fixed now
my only concern if the address that was with our domain we haven't been at or 3 years and the new one i changed it to is our house which is fine but i cant update with dotster because we dont have access to the email account they have on file to log in and update with them
Give it a bit to work, but it's usually pretty much right away. If you don't get the verify email then you'll have to follow the next steps.
ya i had to change the email on file to an old one i can access since our emails are down
so heres a new issue i updated it in the domain section but when i went back to check it put it all back to the old inf and none is correct including the email address its putting the one back on there that i cant access right now, this sucks lol
did you click OK or Submit (can't remember which it is) after you were done making the change?
