Received an email stating, "A visitor to your Web site has filled out the form located at: https://......(my contact form page address)", but we did not receive a form submission email. I don't ever recall receiving an email like this in the past. What does this mean? Why didn't we receive the form submission details?

Hello,

The form submission emails is a reported issue and we are working to get that resolved as quickly as possible. However, if you receive that email instead of the form details you can still see what fields were filled out. Go to websites manager, select the link that says more, click on manage forms, check mark the most recent contact and select view it to see what was filled out on the form. The information will open in a spread sheet. Here are the steps in the second half of this article. https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/sitebuilder-plus-collected-form-data
