Email switch to roundcube...

We have two emails associated with our account: lea@foundtruenorth.com and jeigh@foundtruenorth.com. When I log in it automatically routes be to roundcube. When Jeigh logs in it takes him to open-xchange. We're no longer able to use the same calendar because of this. Can you help with this? Why is he able to still get into the old email? Did all Homestead users get switched to Roundcube? Thanks, Lea

The Open Xchange servers are still running for the time being, but will be turned off at some point. That one user is using a direct link to the Roundcube server to log in there. They should be logged in to the Roundcube interface. Unfortunately, there will not be an ability to share any longer, unless you use a Google Calendar or similar.

You could still log in to Open Xchange, but as the account has already been converted, it is likely that any contacts, calendar entries, or sent messages(from Open Xchange) we will not be carried over again, as it has already been run.

I'm automatically routed to Roundcube (lea@foundtruenorth.com), jeigh@foundtruenorth.com is not. If I understand correctly, he needs to pull up Roubdcube directly? On Roundcube, it shows options for having separate calendars that can have different color coding, but we're not able to share this calendar anymore?? Is that true? Yikes! Ok, you mentioned google calendar. Is that something we can link with our homestead account, or are you saying if we want a shared calendar we'll need to do something totally separate from homestead?

Unfortunately, there will no longer be a shared calendar option and Google calendar does not integrate. I am sorry.

Can you give me the URL of where jeigh logs in? The domain was converted. It should only be possible for them to log in to Roundcube, unless they are using a direct link to the Open Xchange servers, which will be turned off in the near future.
