email server not working, err0r 550

I get an error 550 if trying to send email.
I can receive no email.
My roundcube doesn't even send or receive.
It gives a server error.......help asap please

Hello,

I saw that your DNS records were outdated, and our system couldn't update them automatically because you have custom DNS records in there as well. I've updated them manually and it should start working within 24 hours.

monday May 13-I still have no email....it has now been 4 days that I can't access client replies and requests.  Now it even says server error when I try to sign into roundcube.
Please help asap so my clients replies can get to me. Is there a tech number I should call since this first thing didn't work?
