Email sent not being received by clients. Messages not copying to Sent or Draft folders.

I have clients who are telling me they're not getting my email even though I cc myself and it comes through on my end. In addition, my messages are no longer being copied to the Sent or Draft folders.

It looks like your emails were being saved to the Sent Items folder, and now it is called just Sent. Also, if you are creating a draft and need to get back to the email at a later time, you will want to hit Save before exiting the email draft.
