Can the email quota be increased to 1000 mb or more? My staff complain that they keep running out of space.

You can upgrade your email to 1GB of storage, it is $3 per email. If you need to upgrade the boxes, let us know with which emails you want to upgrade.

Yes. It doubles your space quota in that email box. Since you were paying for extra mailboxes, I was able to remove 1 after converting your email to a suite. You are on a 2 year plan, so it only adds $2, but will charge for the 2 years. I have made the change. Let us know if you need anything else.

This is done. Since you have add on emails, I converted the email box to a suite. There is now an extra add on on your account. You may use it, or if you prefer I can remove it.

Charles1888, I have never thought of that and it makes some sense to me, but unfortunately, the space only comes with an upgrade to the suite. I will share this idea with the management team. We have some meetings coming up.

Does the 500 mb quota go monthly?  I may be able to fix the problem by dis-continuing forwards from another email account.  If it will reset tomorrow, I may try that for another month and see if it fixes the problem.

As long as you have a Suite, you have the additional space, and it charges, monthly, or annually, whatever your billing cycle. Let us know if you want to get the space.

I have no idea if this a "Suite"?  How do I tell?  At the bottom of my email screen it shows the red bar and it looks like 500 mb/500 mb used?  I emptied my inbox and it still shows the red bar. Will this re-set at the beginning of next month, or not until my 2/year account is renewed later this year? I'm not getting new emails from anyone, but they are forwarding to another account, with the sender getting bounce-backs saying my inbox is full.

You do not have a suite on the account. The limit is on all messages in the mailbox, not just the inbox. You have to empty the trash as well.

The charge for upgrading would charge with the account, so in your case each 2 years.

Hi Drew. I am having these questions is the quota on a monthly cycle or is the 500 MB in a yearly cycle? Are you saying I can upgrade for additional USD3 for just one mailbox or one email name ? I have 3 email names in my company  but I have more incoming and outgoing mails. I have deleted my outlook sent messages and trash but still homestead webmail shows almost usage of  full quota. My cycle bill is 7th every month.. so is the quota suppose to be refreshed by now ?

The quota is at any given moment. You can't have more than 500mb or 10,000 messages at any given time. You can increase that by upgrading to a suite. That will give you 1GB. Depending on your configuration, Outlook may or may not delete from the server. You must delete on the server and empty the trash to free space
