I am having trouble logging in to email. I have tried resetting the password following instructions previously posted. I get the message that email and password are not correct. Thank you.

What is the email you are having trouble with? I changed you to a different server. Let us know if it clears up or not.

Hello, thank you for the reply. I am still unable to log in. I am sure it's me but I tried again this morning, still getting the error message that says "the email address or password you entered is not correct." Email is info@nursinghomeexpertca.com Thank you again.

That domain is not in our system. The domain on your account is californianursinghomeexperts.com. There is an info email. Can you log into that one?
