My email stopped working this morning.  I note it's been swtiched to ROUND CUBE. It is not working via Outlook but also not on the web version either. My quota is at 25% What could the problem be?

HI Kathy, Roundcube was announced a few months back but quite a few customers have stated they didn't get any email regarding the transfer. Log into your mail via your Homestead account and check all the folders(including any down arrows next to folders) sent items folder are from your previous OX mail. GO through them all, delete what you do not want and finally empty the trash by highlighting the folder and then click on the gear icon at the bottom and choose empty folder. As for outlook not working, the settings should all be the same as far as I know but one of the tech guys should be around in here so may be able to check for you.

Is it all email addresses? Are you able to use Roundcube to send/receive. I had a customer earlier that had recently receive an update to Outlook and said he had to reboot to get it working.

The other email is not sending or receiving either.

Did you have access to the email address that was on there? If so, you should get a verification message. That is the quickest way. If you did not, then you will need to email our compliance department. Include a copy of a government issued color id(driver's license) that has the same address as the domain contact info.
