Email not forwarding

I had to let one of my employees go and have set up to have his email forwarded to me but it's not forwarding.

It can take a few hours for a forward to initiate. If you don't see it working later today, please provide the address that needs to forward and we will take a look.

I set the forwarding to happen last week. I really need these emails forward to me. It to forward emails send to matt@copperkettledenver.com to kkozik@gmail.com

I am going to have to have the mail admin take a look at this. Usually this happens because of newer anti spam techniques. Forwarding is not a good practice for a number of reasons. You can read the reasons why in the link below.
