Email modules not loading on new accounts

I created four new email accounts for our organization within the past few weeks, and none of them are loading the email module. Our older accounts are not having any issues. This is the error that appears. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Is it working now? They are close to converting you to the new Webmail, so I am not sure yet if that is the issue. I am checking
