Please log in via the new webmail program. You do this from the email tab inside your Homestead account, the Webmail button at the top right of Homestead.com or via direct link at https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/

Angela, just check for a folder in the list called sent items, thats where you may find your older emails.

Thanks, I don't like the set up of this round cube. On the old one, it reminded me more of outlook where I could click on an email message once and have it pop up on the right.  Here, if you select show message preview, it pops up in this window below list of emails.  Any way to change it so that I can have the older setup like that?

I don't have preview pane enabled and just have the list of all emails on the right. Works for me and is similar to win 8

Hi folks. I hope that it is just a matter of getting used to the new interface. It can sometimes be hard. Brian is correct, all the old sent mail should be in sent items. All mail sent from Roundcube, should be in the sent folder. Let us know if you don't see the sent messages in either folder.

This was not a change to the server side. It was just a change in the Webmail interface.

It was indeed in the sent items.   Is there an option to have the layout where we can click on an email once and have it show on the right?  Like the old interface?  Right now the only option I see is the preview pane, which i don't like because it's a small pane on the bottom, or popping the email up in a new window.  Which is annoying if I just want to peruse emails up and down.
Especially when this email runs slower than the old one.

Unfortunately there is not at this time. The preview pane is the option. You can drag the line between preview and the inbox to size it differently.

One of your email addresses is completely full and will not accept email until space has been cleared. You will need to log in and delete messages and empty the trash.

Okay I will try that. However, why did I not get an email warning me that I was approaching a space limit? (I wasn't aware that there was a limit and I don't see any option to check how much I have or am using!)
Also, why did we not get an email warning me that you were about to switch servers??

Moreover, I am now getting phone calls from clients because emails are bouncing back from my email address! This is totally unacceptable and very unprofessional!!

HI Katie, did you manage to clear some space in your email. I agree it would be nice to get a warning but, as you certainly seem to get a lot of emails all you need to do is check the guide at the bottom of the folder list when you log in.

As you can see my usesage is currently 0%. I keep on top of my "housekeeping" and empty folders on a weekly basis. Anything important I like to save to my computer and back up, Just in case the internet or my PC packs up..I'm old school and like a hard copy in a folder, in my file cabinet.

With regards to logging into to Homestead to access your mail then that's easily solved. Just create a shortcut on your desktop and link it to Roundcube URL

https://emailmg.homestead.com/roundcube/

This is mine

Nothing is as constant as change and that is more applicable to the internet than anything else I guess. Over the years I've been through windows, 95, 98, millennium, XP, win 8 and now win 10...( not always for the better I hasten to add) but it is what it is, so we adapt, re learn and move forward.  Hope it all works out for you. :)

This my first go-round with Roundcube and I cant send out a message to my chapter membership? Unreal. I cant be sending out 100+ emails one at a time. This is almost unforgiveable.

We are sorry for the inconvenience. Roundcube does not have a limit, but the mail administrators have set the limit of 25 addressees per message. You can make 4 lists and send it that way, or you can use a 3rd party mailing program. As Brian mentioned Constant Contact is available from your Homestead account. There are other 3rd parties that may or may not incur a cost.

HI Shawn, I see you have another thread in the forum but sadly the maximum number of emails that can be sent is 25 ( I believe). As I understand it this is not a restriction within roundcube but instigated by email servers to reduce the amount of spam. There is a facility with Homestead to produce mass mailings but it comes at a cost. Third party email programmes may offer a larger send facility so worth a look.
