Email down?

Email is not able to connect to computer and phone. I can see it online at round cube but phone and computer say that it can't connect to server. Is it me or is it Homestead? Not sure how to tell.

Hello,

Double check that all the settings in the email client on your phone and computer are correct to connect to the server. The settings should match the imap settings in this article https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/email-client-settings.

I believe they are all correct. We were getting mail this morning then not mine and my coworkers mail stopped being able to access through Outlook and on on iPhones at the same time. I can see it on round cube online but nothing will connect anymore for either of us.

I checked all the DNS settings on our end and the emails are functioning properly on the server. It would be something with the connection settings. I recommend making sure they are all correct, if something updated it may have made adjustments to the settings.
