My email has been down all afternoon and I've been getting duplicate emails..can't run a business like this, thinking of switching. Anyone know what's going on?

Our email appears to be up, but we are getting many duplicate emails from various senders. The duplicates may come in even hours from the first email send. For one sender we have received 6 emails, 5 duplicate.
