Email going to spam or not delivered at all

One of my employee's emails will either not be delivered or go into spam for some (but not all) of her recipients. Some of her recipients will get emails without a problem. When she sends to 1 of my accounts, the emails just disappear (her email says that it was sent). When she sends it to my other email account, it always ends up in spam. This happens to maybe 15% of the people that she sends to.

Hello Ed1033
I can definitely take a look and see what is causing that. What email address is having the issue?

Ok thank you. I took a look at that and it seemed like your DNS for that domain was slightly outdated. The emails still work but can have some issues with outdated DNS, so I corrected that for you. Please monitor that and it should not continue after about 24 hours.

Hey Sidney7291

Is your email not working? Your domain is not pointing to our nameservers, so I cannot check your MX records. I would recommend you contact Wix and make sure your DNS includes these records:

Hey Ed1033
I took a look at that domains DNS and everything is correct. I tested sending myself a message and it went through just fine. If you email is being blocked by specific servers, you would need to contact them to get your domain whitelisted. We, unfortunately, cannot control what other companies block. I have fixed everything I could on my end.
