Email from iPhone not sending

It's been a while, and it never really mattered, but now I'd like to get it resolved. I receive email just fine, but can't send email from my iPhone 7, it always gets put into Drafts, because it was rejected by the server... what settings should I have for this to work properly...

I'm having the same problem and I have already checked the settings and even went over everything with someone on the phone.  They sent me a link that suggested deleting the account from my phone and then adding it again but even that didn't work.    I can do everything totally fine on my desktop and from my iphone I can do everything but send emails.

With iphones the problem is almost always with the user name and password on the outgoing server. When you delete the account, the outgoing server is left there, and when you create the account again, it can often result in having more than one.

I also see that about a month ago, one of your accounts had the password changed by the system because of suspicious or possibly spammy activity. If you updated the password for receiving mail, you would still need to locate the settings for the outgoing server. There are in community topic that Nichole provided you today. You might also update the password for the mail box and then update each device.

That fixed it Drew!  I had changed the password for the incoming but not for the outgoing mail... Thanks!
