For the past couple of weeks my email has been delayed.  I was hoping the problem was resolved, but still seem that after 3 weeks some of may email is delayed, is this still an ongoing problem?

Thank you

Hi Kevin5081,

Can you post the email header here so we can take a look at a message that was delayed in arriving? Most of these I have seen recently have been delayed prior to reaching Homestead's servers.

Thanks

Drew

E-mail seems to be "temporarily unavailable" now although it worked earlier today. In checking to see why I found this thread. I have felt for some time now that I was back to dial-up days while I was on Homestead. Glacially slow responses. Hope we can make it thru the holiday sales season without drama.

Hi Kathy Wildman,

This delay is not on our end, it was delayed by the sending server(not Homestead)

I am able to log in to several different test accounts.  Where are you seeing this error?

I was able to get in a bit ago but still wonder why the site is so slow to respond.

Can you try clearing your browser history? What specifically is responding slowly? My test accounts seem to be pretty snappy at the moment.

Drew
