I'm not recieving email in Outlook for the last 2 weeks. I'm using Imap and the latest version of outlook. I can see messages on my iphone and roundcube. Initially I saw a message when trying to repair my outlook account that the certificate was not validated. I now get the following message:

Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for info@carltonsmithmusic.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for info@carltonsmithmusic. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).'

I get the same message for my other email as well.

Hello Mike.

This sounds like your Outlook program is having trouble that we can't really troubleshoot. Please go through your email settings and make sure they match the settings in this article:
https://community.homestead.com/homestead/topics/how_do_i_setup_an_email_client_to_check_my_homestea...
If those settings are correct, I would have to recommend you troubleshoot the Outlook program itself which is outside of our scope. You can always check your email in Roundcube while you get that fixed.

I deleted the info account and now my other account syncs but when I try to reinstall the info account it says the certificate is not valid

Unfortunately, we cannot troubleshoot a "certificate not valid" error through Outlook. The information I gave you is all the information we have regarding the set up for 3rd party programs.
