Email box quota upgrades now available

At this time we are pleased to offer different email box quota options. You are welcome to post here or call support to assist with upgrades, but you are now able to complete this action yourself, from within your Homestead account. You can see how below.

Tier 1: 500 mb and 10,000 messages
Tier 2: 2 gb and 20,000 messages
Tier 3: 5 gb and 50,000 messages
Tier 4: 10 gb and 100,000 messages

Tier 1 is included with the mail box.
Tier 2 is $1 additional per month
Tier 3 is $2 additional per month
Tier 4 is $3 additional per month

1) Go to the email tab on your Homestead account and Manage my email account. If you have multiple domains, you will need to select the desired domain. Select the edit button to the right of the desired email address.


2) Select the desired upgrade size for your mail box and click save.


3) If you have an available upgrade the mailbox will be changed. If you do not, you will see the message below.


4) Click on Manage storage upgrades. Make your selections and click upgrade now. Once completed, you will be able to go back to the email tab and apply the purchased upgrades to your mailbox(s)

How do I increase the available MB for my email account? I switched to a suite but it hasn't increased the available MB for emails. It appears to be my folders that use much of the space but I don't want to delete any information stored there. In Yahoo I can buy additional storage. I don't see that as an option in Homestead Mail. What is your suggestion?

Drew, Please upgrade my email data to Tier 2.  The address is gmilby@cms1usa.com.  Is it necessary to upgrade each address we have or does this cover all that are included in our primary address which is cms@cms1usa.com?  Thanks.

Hi Please upgrade both my emails to:

Tier 2: 2 gb and 20,000 messages

If you can check the second e mail settings please at your end. Although it has only about 1000 emails in Inbox and used up65% space, e mails often bounce stating the quota is full.

I have upgraded the email boxes. I do not see anything that looks off. The upgrade should refresh the limits and may resolve the issue. Let us know if you see this again.

im also having issues adding email accounts if you can help with that, keeps giving me error reports when I try, I have good internet connection

We do not have a way to archive emails anymore, but I can proceed with upgrading the email box. This will raise the amount of storage and how many emails allotted in the box.

Your emails are upgraded to Tier 2. Currently there is not an option to view this yourself, but should be in your Account Summary page in the near future.
