Email Assistance Please

I am not able to receive emails. I logged onto Roundcube and it is showing that I have no emails in any of my folders, including trash. I have sent test emails from another account, and none of them go through. I tried multiple time to call Homestead and literally sat on hold for 30 minutes without a representative answering. Can I get some assistance please?!?!?!?
