E-mails not getting through

For about the last two weeks, e-mails have not been getting through to the e-mail addresses for my business (three e-mail addresses in all). The e-mail addresses in question are:
I sent a test e-mail to each address from my personal e-mail (a yahoo account), cc'ing my personal e-mail on each. I received the cc's with no problem, but the mail was not delivered to the roundcube inboxes. I also know that other business-related e-mails sent by clients didn't make it through, so this is obviously of great concern to me.

Here's the failure notice I got for the test e-mail I sent to info@ctcparty.com. I received similar notices for the other two accounts. Needless to say, any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I'm sorry to hear that your email has been having trouble. Normally, I would take a look at the DNS records concerning your email to start troubleshooting, but I see you are using Cloudflare, so I am unable to see that information. Would it be possible to post a screenshot of the DNS page for me so I can take a look at those records?

Thanks, Elyzabeth. I'll try to get the DNS records you need. The connection with Cloudflare was set up because of e-mails I'd gotten from Homestead saying it was necessary.

Oh of course, Cloudflare is definitely the way to go to get your site secure. It is just that, if Cloudflare missed a record for your email when they scanned it, it would cause these email issues. I'll wait for the screenshot so I can take a look at that for you.
