Over the past week or so, my e-mails have not been received by others -- and some of their e-mails have failed to reach my inbox. I am not receiving a notice that time has expired on the e-mails I've sent out -- suggesting that they are getting through but not actually reaching their destination -- including when I have sent test e-mails to myself. Have not been able to reach anyone at Homestead by phone after waiting an endless amount of time, to no avail. Any suggestions on what the problem might be and how I can get back on track with the sending and receiving of e-mails??? By the way, I am receiving some e-mails, while others have apparently been lost in cyberspace???

It appears as though you have been reported as spam. I have been able to clear it and you should be good to go now. Let me know if you still have an issue.

Hello, Drew -- that seems to have done the trick, thanks. :)

Not sure how I was reported as spam, as I only communicate with trusted colleagues with e-mail???

Will the previous e-mails I sent or were sent to me over the past week or so go through now (they have not as yet)? Or will I need to resend and ask others to resend to me?

You will need to resend them. I am not able to see a reason for it, but if it happens again, let me know and I will try to get more information, but if that is the case, I would not be overly concerned.
