I use Homestead to manage three different associations and am trying to get a new client to have me utilize Homestead as well. My question is: will they be able to transfer their current e-mails that are dot-com e-mail accounts (.com), such as kim@association.com, to the Homestead service or will they have to create all new e-mail accounts. Thanks for your input, Kim

Hello Kim,

If you transfer or point the domain name to Homestead, you can recreate the exact same email address to use on our server but this will be a new email box that does not consists of any previous emails.

Thank you Michelle......so if I transfer the name of the farm (www.peninsulafarm.com) to Homestead, then we could keep the e-mails already in place, i.e., Teresa@peninsulafarm.com?   Thanks, just want to make sure I understand.

Correct, you can continue to use the same email address Teresa@peninsulafarm.com, the email will be run through Homestead and the mailbox will not have any previous messages that you had with the other host.
