e-mail login failed

I was booted out of my e-mail account and when I tried to log in again the screen wiggles and said I was using the wrong information even though it was the right e-mail account and password. When I tried to login thru homestead the page said LGI-0006 Categories=USER_INPUT Message='Invalid credentials.' exceptionID=653348809-9341585  This happened a few nights ago but was ok in the morning. Very inconvenient to be blocked from my e-mails as I am trying to pack and ship orders.

I do not understand why as I responded with the same log-in box but it let me in later that night, Very inconvenient to loose a few hours work.

Have you already tried to reset the password from the email manager?

the password was never wrong I do not want to change the password.

Problem corrected after a few hours. I did not make any changes but the login succeeded. Same as last time - problem corrected without any changes on my part but multiple logins from multiple entry points failed at the time  the problem started. Very inconvenient to loose contact with e-mail and customers during business activities.
