We have one address that is receiving all incoming emails in duplicates.

When this happens, it means you have your email set up as IMAP on one device, and POP on another. To fix it, we recommend you :

  1. Change your email password. Here are the instructions.
  2. If you can, switch the POP set up to IMAP. If it doesn't let you switch, delete the POP connection and re-set up the email as IMAP. Here are the instructions.
  3. Check all devices you have email set up with because you will need to update the password in all of them.
