I am sorry. The best answer that I can give is that we are in the last few days of the migration. I am hoping that more and more of you will start seeing a better performance or regain access to Sitebuilder over those few days, but I have to say no, everything will not be back to normal in 48 hours. It will hopefully be improved, but there will be quite a bit of work to do to get everything back completely.

I am addressing this with the chat manager to help avoid confusion.

I was just told on Homestead online chat that everything would be back to normal "as soon as possible" and when I pressed for specifics he said "the end of the month".  He also said that Homestead "is more interested in service than money". I hope they remember that when it comes time for thousands of refunds. Then they asked me to fill out a survey :)

You won't know it is back on til it is.  Mine is back on as are many others, once you get it back there will probably be a few tweaks but by the end of the month we will all be happy they did this.  I reiterate from previous posts, Homestead did not do this, it was their parent company who has acquired Homestead who made the decision to do the migration to their mega servers.  Homestead is just taking the flack.

My buy button to the simple store is not working, after 3 30 minute calls on hold and two 30 minute chats I finally got someone to say that they are working on it. My sales have stopped and I have to send people home without work just a week before Christmas.  How can this happen?

My form and submit button didn't work so I went in and deleted it and put my email address in red and changed the wording to read "Please click on red link below."  I am getting inquiries via email and have had some phone calls.  People are sophisticated enough to know when something isn't right and they will contact you if you give them more than one way to do it.
