I no longer use this as a business account so I'd like to minimise my costs. Could you therefore downgrade my site from business to starter please? Thanks :)

Hello,

If we downgrade your account right now, your monthly price will be $17.99. Would you like me to make this change?

I do see that you have a site on your account that doesn't have a domain and hasn't been updated since 2015. If you delete that site, it will bring the price down more.

Thanks for your reply. I don’t need the unused frames domain so I’m hoping that my cost would reducec to the $7.99 starter price. So yes please downgrade now and let me know the new cost. Thanks, David

The $7.99 price is the base price for a 5 page website with up to 25 MB of storage. This doesn't include the domain. The site you have has a domain, 6 pages, and about 35MB of storage. So, that alone adds $6/month to your price for the domain, additional pages, and additional storage. Additionally, you have domain privacy, which is $1/month.

You would need to log into your account and delete the website you no longer need. The price after that should be $15.99. If you can delete content from your file manager and a page from your website, the price could go down some.
