What domain are you trying to transfer? To Homestead or away? If it is the domain on your account currently, it just became eligible to transfer a couple of days ago. It can't be transferred for 60 days after registration. The domain is also locked and privacy needs to be disabled. You can do these things from the domains tab in your account.

I am talking about a domain; katsuakitakizawa.com
I used to be contacting from another account, email(shinobu.sato@gmail.com), which still has the issue. And you've been helping.
I want to use the domain, katsuakitakizawa.com, with my current account. Thank you
FYI, I replied from different account. These two are previous and current my account

katsuakitakizawa.com. Should that be a Websitebuilder site or were you going to use Sitebuilder for that one?
I transfered katsuakitakizawa.com from Google Domain to shinobu.sato@gmail.com. Then a Websitebuilder and the domain are unavailable. I opened new account, katsu.tkzw@gmail.com and got new domain. But I still would like to use katsuakitakizawa.com
