When trying to initiate the transfer of my aafh.org domain I receive the message "For some reason, the domain transfer could not be initiated. Please create a help ticket to resolve the issue. Thank you". What can I do?

Your domain has not privacy and is not locked in any way. You need to find out from the new company what their issue with the domain is. From our standpoint it will transfer.

I requested an authorization code from Homestead a couple of hours ago and have received nothing yet. That's why I am trying to figure out what the problem is. I checked my spam folder, etc., and no code has arrived.

It can take up to 12 hours. It has been sent. It is going to an address at fst.edu. Is that what you are checking?

And, it's not really solved yet. :)

Yes, from your earliest comments it seemed it was from our end.

You are right, Drew. I am wrong. I was checking the wrong email address. Thanks for your help and sorry for the bother.
