I received an email that my domain was expiring and I needed to respond. I thought it was auto renewal?

Hello,

If you are referring to the domain sundberglogging.com, this is on auto-renewal as long as your account is current. The email would just be a courtesy to let you know it is renewing soon.

No. It refers to a sub domain. It says it’s expiring Here’s the message:

Your domain name(s) will expire in 30 days. Act now to avoid any disruption to email or website services and avoid losing your chosen name.

Also when I enter that sub domain in my browser it doesn’t pull up our site. It shows a list of links to find similar industries.

Ok, I see that domain was deleted from the account in July of 2018. We can add it back onto your account. It will charge a one time $5 set up fee and will add $2/month to your account. This will allow the domain to renew. Would you like me to restore this domain?
